Dunkermotoren, MAE and EGS Automation exhibit together at the Hanover Fair

The Hanover Fair is a valued meeting point of the German industry for many years and will take place in 2023 at the usual time, from April 17 to 24.

Dunkermotoren, MAE and EGS Automation exhibit together at the Hanover Fair

As last year, Dunkermotoren will exhibit together with its sister company MAE and its subsidiary EGS Automation in Hall 6, B08.

Dunkermotoren and EGS Automation will broadcast real-time data from a system for automated processing of motor components live from their headquarters in Bonndorf to Hanover. The services of nexofox, Dunkermotoren's IIoT brand, offer customers implementing similar automation solutions the ability to easily check data from connected motors or automation systems completely remotely from any location. Using an installed camera in Dunkermotoren's manufacturing facility, the production process where two robots are feeding bearing shields to a processing machine and several drilling units can be monitored from Hanover.

All Dunkermotoren software products are developed according to the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) approach as defined by the Industrial Digital Twin Association (IDTA) and provided in accordance with the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance. Integration into own or existing IIoT ecosystems is thus easily possible.

Another highlight in Hanover will be a highly dynamic 4-axis handling system. A gantry system consisting of various linear modules is the focus of this model. Gantry systems can be used in many ways - from material handling to pick and place applications, from liquids to solids - the application areas are countless.

MAE, Dunkermotoren's sister company from Italy, is presenting a complete redesign of the ST stepper motor series. Combined with gearboxes, encoders, brakes and electronics, stepper motors from MAE can be configured to form a complete drive solution. The new STE series already have integrated electronics and thus offer reduced cabling and many other advantages. As an additional benefit – MAE stepper motors and their attachments are all made in Europe!
